All in the Name of Fun for a Worthwhile Cause!
Celebrate the explosion of art that occurred during the 1920's while heralding in the new golden age of art in Detroit!
Although each individual component of the Roaring 20's Masquerade Ball would make for a fun evening out on the town, it's the grandness of this event that sets it apart from all others. The Roaring 20's Masquerade Ball is a Sound & Vision Musical that tells the tale of Nick Fudrich, a Detroit River dock worker during the prohibition era. As with the finest fashion collections, several common threads are used to tie together the individual components of this production: Music, fashion and staging inspired by the 1920's. Actors to give the event its grounding. And a bold narrator.

Re: Detroit: Roaring 20's Masquerade Ball
Sun, April 10, 2005 - 10:23 PMWow! Thanks again to Jackie Blue for showing us a good time. This was just tremendous fun. I think it's safe for me to say, on behalf of 31 Seconds, that from the time we kicked into our first song to start off the night, I could feel that there was something magical happening; I was really getting into the groove and I could see John, Aaron and Aaron getting into it, too. I can't thank Dave enough for letting me use his drums. And also, thanks to the audience for such a warm reception, you've really made us feel welcome. It was also really fun strutting around in the white zoot suit I rented. I really hope we can come back to Detroit for some more fun and play more shows with Carrie, Chris, Tom and Dave. The fashion show was great and the costume contest was all good fun. What a great night. Thank you, Detroit! This is definitely a highlight for me.
YOU GUYS ROCK!

Just listened to your CD. Awesome! The only thing better than hearing 31 Seconds song "Fine By Myself" on CD was hearing it live!
The first batch of photographs will be posted this afternoon at www.JackieBlue.com
